For many role-play can be a daunting experience, so getting it right is crucial (and enlightening).

Our role-players are capable of gauging the skills, experience and learning needs of an individual and responding accordingly, as well as facilitating and providing constructive feedback sensitively and honestly. For assessment centres, our actors bring consistency to scenarios and give observers as much opportunity as possible to assess relevant competencies.

We hold up a mirror. We describe how it feels to be on the receiving end – what helps, what hinders, whether it be what’s being said or how.
