Diversity Awareness Programme

Centrestage was asked by an international construction company to provide a diversity awareness programme, to be delivered to all staff (both office and site based).

The company already has an excellent reputation in the industry and a proven track record as far as inclusion and equality at work are concerned. Working with the in-house learning and development team, Centrestage produced a flexible half day workshop, consisting of scripted pieces to be acted out live as well as video packages based around equality and diversity issues in the work place. Additional scripts were distilled down further to give facilitators the opportunity to tailor the material to delegates according to where they sat in the organisation. With a Centrestage facilitator leading the sessions and input from one of the client’s HR business partners, the programme has been hugely successful, giving delegates the opportunity to explore and discuss issues that are relevant to them openly and honestly in a safe environment. The programme is ongoing and is due to role out to larger groups all over the country.
