Actors
We have access to a large pool of highly skilled actors from across the UK, all with experience of role-play within the assessment and development arenas. All the actors we work with have business backgrounds, enabling them to respond realistically in role-play and forum theatre scenarios and bring the highest level of professionalism to the work they do.
We provide actors who can gauge the experience and ability of delegates and vary the pitch of the material accordingly, as well as provide feedback directly to course participants and assessors. We match the right actor to your needs, according to their skills, as well as factors such as age, gender and ethnicity. We ensure they are fully familiar with the brief, the background of your organisation and the learning objectives of the sessions.
Ultimately we ensure that the use of actors, which for many can at first feel threatening, is a supportive, positive and genuinely helpful addition to your assessment or development process.
